Do you want to know if a padel racket really suits your game before buying it?
At Kombat Padel, we make it easy for you with a trial system designed so you can make the best decision without taking risks.
We tell you how it works, what options you have, and why more and more players trust our system before choosing their next racket.
What is Kombat's racket trial system?
We know that every player is unique: playing style, level, feel… That's why trying a padel racket before buying it should be the norm, not the exception. At Kombat, we offer you two options to do so:
- Try the racket from home for 7 days.
- Try it at one of our Kombat Test Points located across Spain.
You choose the method that best suits you.
Option 1: Try your Kombat racket from home for 7 days
Can't make it to a club? No problem. We'll send it to your home.
How does it work?
- Purchase your Kombat racket on our website.
- Receive it at home and try it for 7 days.
- Do you like it? Keep it. Doesn't fit you? Return it to us.
Test conditions
- You can remove the grip plastic and play normally, but you should not add overgrip or protector.
- The racket must be returned in good condition, without marks of misuse.
- If you buy several rackets of the same model, only one can be considered a trial.
- If abusive use of the system is detected, we may deactivate it for that customer.
To initiate a return, simply write to us at hola@kombatpadel.com and follow the steps indicated on our Warranties and Returns page.
Option 2: Try your racket at a Kombat Test Point
If you prefer to try your racket on court before buying it, you can visit one of our Kombat Test Points: clubs located throughout Spain that officially collaborate with Kombat.
At these locations, you can:
- Try different Kombat racket models.
- Compare real sensations during a match or training.
- Receive direct advice from those who already know our rackets.
Check here for available Kombat Test Points near you.
