WARRANTY AND RETURNS
At Kombat, we take the quality of our products very seriously. That's why all our rackets come with a 3-year warranty covering any manufacturing defect.
If you detect a problem related to materials or manufacturing processes during this period, you just need to contact us. Our team will evaluate the case and, if the defect is confirmed, we will offer you a solution: product replacement or refund, as appropriate.
What does the warranty not cover?
• Damages caused by impacts, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
• Modifications or alterations of the product.
• Damages due to exposure to extreme conditions (such as excessive heat or humidity).
We want you to play with confidence and complete peace of mind. If you have any questions about the warranty or need help, write to us. We are here to help you!
If you need to make a size or model change for any of our garments, there's no problem. You can request it as long as the product is in perfect, unused condition and has its original tags.
Important:
Shipping costs associated with the exchange are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the original garment and verify its condition, we will proceed to send the new size or model requested.
To start the process, write to us with your order number and the garment you wish to exchange. We will be happy to assist you.

If you are interested in obtaining a sports sponsorship with us, we would be delighted to get to know you.

• Your sports CV (achievements, ranking, competitions, etc.)
• A brief personal description: who you are, what your playing style is like, why you identify with Kombat, and what motivates you to be part of the team.

TEST PADDLES
If you are interested in your club being part of our network of official Test Points, please email us at patrocinios@kombatpadel.com.
In the email, please include:
• A brief presentation of the club
• Its location
• Contact details
• And any other information you consider relevant for an initial contact
We will be delighted to evaluate your proposal and explore possible collaborations.

At Kombat, we give you the chance to try out the racket for 7 days from the moment you receive it at home.
It's that simple:
1. Are you convinced? Keep it, without having to do anything else.
2. Was it not what you expected? Return it by writing to us at hola@kombatpadel.com and follow the simple instructions you'll find on our Warranties and Returns page.
We only ask that the racket be in perfect condition (no damage or marks of misuse). You can remove the grip's plastic (but don't put an overgrip or protector on it) and play normally.
Important: If you buy several rackets of the same model, only one will count as a test racket. Furthermore, if we detect abusive use of the service, we may deactivate it for that customer.
And if you prefer to try it in person, you can also do so at our Test Points distributed throughout Spain.

PURCHASE & SHIPPING
No, currently we do not offer the cash on delivery option.
You can make your purchase securely by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or financing with SEQURA.
Once you place your order, you will receive an email with the details and a link to track the shipping status in real-time.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically on the website when you enter the delivery address, as they vary by destination.
• Free shipping to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands for purchases over €79.
• For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and destinations outside the European Customs Union, shipping costs do not include customs duties or import taxes, which must be paid at the destination by the recipient.

Yes, we ship internationally to almost all countries.
The only exception is countries where we have official distributors, as purchases in those cases must be made through their local website.
